I have been the Senior Pastor at the Monticello United Methodist Church since June of 2006. I started serving my first church in 1987 as I was finishing my seminary education at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. My wife, Bootsie, and I were married in March of 1992.

What is your favorite MUMC Event?
One of my favorite things about the Monticello United Methodist Church is the sense of community. It is impossible to be involved in everything happening in the life of the church, but there is a place for everyone to connect.

When I have time off...
I like to relax, as opposed to having a full agenda. I enjoy going for walks, especially on wooded trails. As empty nesters, my wife and I enjoy attending Purdue Varsity Glee Club concerts. Our son Benjamin performs with the ensemble.
